Modern brewing processes collide, headlong, into ancient beer. Therein lies the Paradox.
The creative forces behind Paradox Beer have explored, wholeheartedly, all facets of beer, brewing and drinking and have found the Bedrock of Beer. When all else is removed, Beer is Alchemy sprinkled with Paradigm dashed on the hopes of Artistic Grandeur.
In our case, we took Wayward Beers, unruly at best, and Bound them in the confines of Experienced Oak in the hopes that the sum would be greater than the parts... A lofty goal!
